"Nicole" today. 20 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible. 400m followed by max pullups. Add rounds and pullups for score. Completed 6 full rounds for a max total of 110 pullups. My grip was getting weak and tired at the end - couldn't hold on. Sore as heck today.
