      It sounds like the caveman diet is working. What's the next phase - eating raw meat? The phase after must be running-down the woolly mammoth and killing it with your bare hands. :)

    Nice easy 4 with the wife in Richmond. It's not often that we get to run together so it was fun to leave the kids with the in-laws and head out prior to a Thanksgiving feast.
