      It was an hour of working out - that included warmup (2 rounds of pass-throughs, knees to elbows, handstand walks, etc). Then mobility stretching. Then 3 sets of deadlifts//. And then this workout. Stretching / cooldown after.

    Clean and jerks - 135#. One C&J the first minute, two the second minute, three the third, etc. I made it 6+4 into the 7th round. That was tough. Followed up by 50 burpees in 2:01. Good sweat!
