  7. Been in a running funk for the last week or two. I can't seem to keep my breathand my form seems off, has this ever happened to you?? And if so how do I get out of it?

      How has your diet been? Distracted by something? I had a week of funk last summer during my marathon training. It really messes with your head. I did not run with my garmin and just ran to run one day. It helped me. Remember the hard runs only make us better runners.

    Well the new plan is to only run every other day and see if I can improve by resting more. Got a lot of weights in, but I had to block out the little running voices in my head!

      Loved it-I just wrote a review on it, which I don't normally do. But it was one of the cheaper ones, but it rides smooth, folds easily, and came assembled.

      That is great!. What a great way of spending time with your little one and getting a run in. I was not a runner when my kids were small. I am always impressed when I see someone run with a stroller.
