Finally! Two swims in one week! I wanted to go a bit longer today to build on Wednesday's workout, plus do a longer stretch without the pull buoy just to give me a bit more confidence if one or more of my races is wetsuit illegal.
1000 moderate/fast (15:28 - no buoy)
5x200 pull with paddles and buoy, 15' rest
Olympic distance timed swim (1635 yd pull with buoy, 26:08)
