Beat on the bag for 1:30 then got on the Sweedish ball, and worked the core for 1:30...alternated exercises for 25 minutes. felt Pretty Good.

good I got a Heavy Bag for Christm... 00:20
1 minute intervals of 10 different activities two times thru. You Tubed workouts and experimented a little. Felt Great! I am going to hurt in the morning.
