    Nothing planned, but decided to ride the trainer while watching the game instead of opening a bag of chips. Just got into rhythm and rode till I didnt feel like eating.

    Beat on the bag for 1:30 then got on the Sweedish ball, and worked the core for 1:30...alternated exercises for 25 minutes. felt Pretty Good.
