Jeff H. so i've noticed while...
Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.
So I've noticed while running recently that my arm warmers/sleeves keep falling down. I assume they must be worn out, so I go to the Zensah website to look for some new sleeves. I see that a L/XL is available, the size that I usually get. Just for fun, I decide to double check the sizing chart to make sure I was correct. L/XL requires at 13.5" bicep, anything less than that is S/M. I measure my bicep and it's a puny 11".
Now I'm OK with my waist size going down, but having toothpick arms is a detriment. Quality of life items affected and corresponding life change units:
‣ Carrying groceries home - 347
‣ Lifting cats - 141
‣ Street fighting - 500
‣ Base level of a cheer leading pyramid - 4
So if you're walking with me at night and we're attacked by The Baseball Furies, The Van Cortlandt Rangers, or worst of all, The Warriors, then we better run instead of fighting.
Definitely some major concerns... :)

If your arms are 11", then the diameter of your arms is 3.5". And that's the same diameter as this Spornette Prego Brush. http://www.amazon.com/Spornette-Prego-Brush-3-5-Inch-Diameter/dp/B000SDX97A

Thankfully, I have no flipper arms. Just noodle arms.
