Warm-up .25 walk followed by 4x400 with a .25 walk in between each rep. I took each 400 faster as I went through workout.
(500) Days of Summer (one of my favorites!!) was playing in the Cardio Cinema today and my last interval was during my favorite scene, so that helped me not think about the speed!! :)


NOT thinking about the speed? That's a strange way to do repeats. Whatever works I guess! Nice workout.
