A few miles on the bike to start off Monday! (Having some weird ankle issues so no running today.) Watched "Free Willy" in the Cardio Cinema...I had no idea there was another one released in 2010, but I caught the last 30 minutes of it. Today was also a weigh-in day - no loss or gain, so I guess that's a positive. :)
