Note to self: don't put fresh sheets on the bed the night before you want to run. Even with new shoes waiting for me I had a hard time waking up. Decided to push myself for 2 miles, wish I could have done it under 20 minutes but still feel good! (BTW new shoes & socks - AWESOME!!) Ran near the gym since it was so nice outside and Monday is my weigh in day. I am trying to only use the scale at the gym. Today was a good weigh in - LOST two pounds! 77 °F, HI: 78 °F, 4mph WNW, 83%
