Fearing that I will be snowed in or that the gym would be closed tomorrow, I headed to the gym after work. Luckily, they let us leave work early so I was on the treadmill just after 4pm. Watched the 40 greatest celebrity slim downs on VH1 and some Greys on Lifetime to pass the time. It wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be, but that doesn't mean that I ever want to do it again.
I am pretty tired right now. Running that long after work is tough. The pizza I had for lunch probably didn't help either. Oh well, its done. Let it snow!

Wow - Andy, now you! I admire your grit! Don't think I could do it.
about 1 month agoHOly Craaaap..20?? I am not worthy!
about 1 month agogreat work! That's pretty awesome to do 20 mi on a TM!
So who was the #1 celebrity slim down?

about 1 month agoAmazing work...20 on the treadmill is something everyone should do someday...but for now I am just impressed!
about 1 month ago20 mi on the TM. that's something i'm not sure i have the fortitude and dedication to do. incredible job. cheers to you.
about 1 month agoVery nice TM run. Impressive mental feat. I admire your dedication for planning ahead with the weather to make sure that you could get your training in. Nice!
about 1 month agoI cannot imagine being on a treadmill for three hours. That's dedication!
about 1 month agoYou're hard core, woman! Really inspiring!
about 1 month agoYeah, that's pretty hardcore! I have about a 6-8 mile tolerance for the treadmill. I force myself to run outside for the longer distances rain, sleet or snow. My worst decision by far was a 12-miler at 430am when it was 5 degrees with a -10 wind-chill. My water bottles were frozen solid by mile 8, my butt very nearly succumbed to frostbite (I had to run at least a mile smacking it to get some blood flow), my face gaiter was a solid chunk of ice, and my eyelashes were iced-over when I finished. LOL!
about 1 month agoNICE! crazy 21 on the treadmill! that is insane. I saw a lady running past a reporter on WBAL this morning. I love how hardcore runners are about getting their miles in. I will be running tomorrow to get the other ten in. With determination like that on the treadmill the HAT will be no problem for you my friend.
about 1 month agoOMG, Jeanne! You win my all-time treadmill endurance awared! I cannot imagine staying on it for more than an hour but you did 3! Rockin'!
about 1 month agoUgh. Jeanne that is FOCUS! Great job.
