    Mostly jogged, partially walked briskly.

  2. Need to get in the habit of doing cardio on the days I don't see my trainer (i.e.: All but Mondays). Diet has improved but can always get better.

      Yeah it's hard to get the motivation to go when you don't have another person pushing you. See if you can get someone to go with you regularly. If not, then maybe just make it part of your schedule (make specific gym days and hours). That always seemed to help me.

      It was my plan to do cardio every weekday that I don't meet the trainer, but things come up and plans get changed etc. Just starting to get into the swing of things. Starting to make a routine.

    Music was the real motivator today as I haven't worked out since Friday night. Had a pain in my side at about 3 miles but slowed down and kept going. Thought I would struggle to get to 2 miles!

      I think there are achievements on this site. :-) I also think the elliptical goes up to level 50 so I'm on my way!

    This was my first time using the sensor. I just did my normal thing at work: two big rooms, locker room and miscellaneous stuff. I really like this thing so far!

      They do still exist but my second cousin Dino Cazares is no longer in the band. I only listen to the original band! But ya, I was really excited when I opened my eyes and saw 3 miles.

    Was going at about 5.4 RPM for most of it. I slowed atthe start of the 5 minute cool down then pushed again to get up to 2 mile. I'm glad I did :-)
