    First time running since my hamstring problem. Just did one mile on the treadmill to ease into it. Hopefully I'll be able to increase mileage as time passes.

    Those beers made for a lazy lazy day. I didn't get out for my ride until ~7pm and the sun is gone round about 8:20pm. Oh well. At least I rode.
