    Just felt awful. Going to take tomorrow off, so I powered through. Felt plodding and knees ached. Need a little TLC tonight.

    Easy run. Listened to the UltraRunner podcast. Not exactly sure of the pace, but timed myself against the wall clock a few times and ran :50 - :52 1/10 mile loops, so that's about an 8:30 pace.

    8x400m at the Greenville High track. 4x800 @ 1:35 and 4x800 @ sub-1:30. Nailed them all with 400m jog between.

    Ran to the Y. Played soccer with the boys for 30 minutes-ish. Loaded them back in the stroller and ran home. Thank God it wasn't as hot as it has been in the past few weeks.

    Last run with my 5K training group. Got these folks down to near a 34-35m 5K for their first. I think that's a pretty good accomplishment.

    Great run. Hotter than hell for some of it (went at 1 p.m.). Felt like I was training for Badwater when it was exposed, but it was pleasant under the canopy.

      Great job Jason! I can't imagine running any time after sunrise during the summer. I think I'd melt ;)

    Tried to open it up a little and test out the knee. Felt pretty strong. Happy with the time.

    Did an easy run to test out my knee on the track. Felt good. Going to ramp up the mileage again... very slowly.
