      hahaha!!! sayang takbo.. i try TRYYY to follow 5 small meals a day with only portions the size of my palm for protein and veggies. maybe 1.5 - 2 palms of carbs if i'm hungry. then no pork and no beef... its easy to eat small when you know you're gonna eat again in 2 and half hours =)

    frustrating!!! i've been so excited to try plyo. i had to cut it short though. my busted knee started acting up again...

    sprint 100m, jog 200m.... after my 3rd sprint 100m seemed like 500m!!! Interval training makes you faster but the training time itself is slower. weird!
