    What's up with this sharp knee pain in both knees when I walk up and down stairs? I don't like it, nope, no sir. Not one bit. Please tell me it's just something stupid like tendinitis.

      Sounds like runners knee. I get that every now and then. It usually go's away in a week ot two.

      Delaino - it's not the app, its the battery. The cold drains it. I'm sure my physics are wrong, the phone comes back to life after it warms up so it isn't "draining" per se. It just didn't see it coming. The iphone for me was a step up from a stop watch and DM's map routing system. Long story short - yes, it is time for a garmin.

    Started at 9 mph, gassed early. No idea why. Might have been the 64 burpees I did just before. Oh man, the burpees are getting easy.

      I got a great system worked out at PF. They have an area cordoned off for circuit traning; 10 machines and 10 "cardio" areas. A traffic light with green and red light flashes intervals. Green is work, red is wipe and switch. At the cardio stations, you do some kind of aerobic activity to keep your heart rate up. I do burpees. 10 per station. Do the math.

    Ive been running 10 mi

    Just not posting. Today was a 4 mile group run followed by a viscous tread mill work out. 6 miles at 7 mph with 10 burpees per mile.
