7:30 AM - yeah! Since I started going to the track in Bryan, I've been walking, running a little, and climbing the bleachers a bit. I usually spend an hour there. I was anxious to see how a regular run would go - I've very pleased I made the distance (the fair time is a bonus!). I was afraid I wasn't working out hard enough at the track, and that I wouldn't be able to run what I like to run. I do want to work on increasing the distance. Hey, it's summer and I'm still running - that's the best news!!
