7:30 AM - oh, boy! Calves were a little tender, so maybe half way down Laura Lane, I took a walk break and knew it would be a walk/run day! Kept a walk 1min, run 1 min, walk 1 min, run 2 min pattern through the rest of run. Tried to pick up the pace when running for 1 min. Enjoyed - weather seemed warmer today (no overcast sky).
