8AM - it was a pretty good run - three 1 min walks, at 10th, 16th, 20th min of outing. Legs started out heavy, but they were telling the brain to zip it when I wanted to walk. Lungs sided with the brain, so I did walk a bit. Glad to be out.
I haven't logged walks & attempted runs as I should, so I'm going to add distances or times that I'm sure I did - but info will be limited.
