    Back to back days on the calf. Felt pretty good the entire run so I pushed the pace from 8-ish to about 7:30 for the last mile plus with no ill effects. Went for a quick 10 min swim afterwards.

    2 trips up the building, first stopped every 10 floors for pushups and situps. Second trip went the entire 60 floors non-stop in 13 minutes. Legs were feeling very rubbery at the end
