alright Easy Monday 3.27 mi 00:29 08:44 pace

You're doing great Joe! Your body will catch up with your determination.....In my opinion all those recovering from Boston are recovering from more than the physical aspect... Keep your positive outlook! :)

Joe I'm thinking about you....I think you are ok because I looked to see when you crossed the finish and you were done 2 minutes before me. I went to get my stuff and was at family meeting area 1 min. before the blasts. I'm praying that you had moved through about the same time I did and were safely at the meet up with your family members Please check in when you can....we are worried about you

@Amanda, I noticed that you and Joe both finished around the same time, and wasn't sure if you realized that or not. I'm concerned having not seen a post here yet.

I'm going to say 3:28 because of my lack of miles and potential foot issue limiting me. With that said, I would not be shocked to come in around 3:23 which is what I'm targeting.
