This run felt much better than last week's. Took a few more walk breaks than I would like, but I was only 20 sec./mile off of race pace. With a month to go before the race, I'm quite happy with this run.

Also, it was offensively windy out. I literally had to take my hat off while crossing bridges for fear of losing it.
