    Spent a few glorious solo hours on the mountain while the kids were at the water park. Slopes were wide open while everyone pregamed for Superbowl. Legs got a solid workout.

    Spent the morning and early afternoon skiing with friends and family. Not a heavy workout (spent most of the time on bunny slopes with the kids), but had a blast.

    Missed my Tuesday workout, so made it up on Wednesday. Felt a bit lethargic after two long work days and still ugly on a handful of exercises, but generally improving.
