      I've been taking it easy since the big race and focusing on working out my upper body. I will get back into running in the next couple of months.

      it was from playing basketball... i've played since i was five, played in HS, college, the whole nine... i've pulled tens of thousands of rebounds, too... on one, i came down on my buddy's foot and literally saw the bottom of my shoe. i heard it pop a bunch and thought it was the bones breaking, but no... it was the ligaments snapping. doctor told me that is worse than a break, but i am back on the grind, so you know... lol
