    The day got by me and had to run late at night. Wanted to get it over with quick so picked up the pace. Don't like running at night.

      Ha the only reason is because that's when I roll my ankle cause I can't see the ground well. I do like the cooler temperatures.

      for sure...you must have owl like eyes to see the pavement...but the cooler temps make it worthwhile.

    Slow run in the afternoon sun. Lifted weights and did yoga ball workout before running, pretty tired.

      Nah not training currently, just trying to get in better shape. I'm trying to get up to where I'm running 5-6 miles every time out (at least).

    Ran with Lindsey again...wind certainly made it interesting! I think we averaged 4 min/mile with wind at our backs and 20 min/mile against it...lol

      Nah don't think I'll be ready for Cowtown, you guys have fun. Yeah Sam kept up with us easily - I think he would be a really good runner if he ever trained for it lol.

      If you do 13 tomorrow you'll move right past me. You up for it? PS - If you ever need to get in long runs I found a group that runs on Saturday mornings (through FW Run Co). It's been great!
