    Been on the treadmill all winter. The high today was 63 so I had to take advantage of the nice weather.

    Very good run today! I ate some chia seeds and soy yogurt with toast and pb before my run. My playlist was composed of Lauryn Hill. I felt really good afterwards! Happy running! xoxo
