pushups, lunges, pullups and deadlifts. She did the pullups (my 8 y-o is way stronger than I am apparently) and I did the deadlifts (they did squats). the boy just complained the whole time.

we're training for her first 5K in June. nice run/walk to get the blood flowing and get us both out of bed.
here's to hoping that these 1-2 miles per day runs will actually add up to something.

I'm also weird. It's cool. I've wanted to nag (er, *motivate*) you to come back so many times, but I refrained--figured you'd decide when/if you wanted to show up around these parts again. Bravo on the strength-training gains! (I'm thinking a mid-July sprint tri...maybe.)

I feel weird posting that I only ran for 17 minutes. That's all I could squeeze in on a 30 min lunch break, but its something...I guess
broke this down by making a run sandwich with burpees, squats and lunges.
