Got more of a workout with sprint intervals. After 15-minute warmup, did 3 20-second sprints at full speed with 1 minute recovery. Followed that with 3 5-minute intervals with HR in zone 4 with 8-minute recovery after each. Wrapped it up with 12-minute cool down.
