Thought I'd mix things up this week and do my long run on the trails. Absolutely did not care about my pace, just wanted to get the miles in and enjoy the run - which I did. So, mission accomplished. This run was 100 times better than my last two long runs, which were absolutely miserable. It was nice running on the trails instead of the same old roads I see all the time. So glad I did this.
However, I didn't fall or get cut and draw some blood, so I don't this I did this right. What do you say, David M. ? :-)
