 #FindYourStrong the scale is my finish line. 10 years ago I weighed 300 lbs. Through diet & exercise I lost about 70 lbs. But I kept bouncing back & forth bet. 210 & 230. I began running in April of 2010 & my weight's gone down while getting stronger.
