    Did an interval workout on the bike. Varied between level 1 and 8 with staying at level 8 twice as long for each interval I was at level 1. Good cardio workout.

      I like the bionic leg idea. Take care of yourself, recover strong and you will be better for it. What race are you running in Oct?

      Angela - Thanks. The plan is to do the Iron Horse Half in Midway, Ky. Shooting for my first sub-2 hour time there.

      You did great Jay! We do need to dial it back sometimes. I did a nice easy trail run yesterday afternoon which definitely slower than all my other runs
