    Back on track 2.1. I was able to maintain a steady pace between 5:45 to 6:00mn per km throughout my hamster run. Kaya pa rin pala ang non-stop run kahit apat na buwan na-tengga :).

    KRW3 23K LSD; last LSD before CCC100. Target distance is 30K but i decided to cut my run after i felt some pain in my ankle.
