speed training... AT LAST! 1min sprint (70-90% effort), 20sec easy jog, 5 reps. surprising how a 60-20 can improve time dramatically. oo, improved na 'yan. :))

hindi ko makukuha ang target pace ko sa paganito-ganito lang. speed training next week, promise. and promises are made to be overtaken!
i can see an improvement in my pace. slowly but surely. sabi nga ni Enrico M., we'll all get there. hehehe.
pushed really really hard to see if this pace is sustainable, and it is. thought it was a 5:00-5:30 pace, though. damn. good news, no speed training yet since board exam. :) SOON...
