Found a taping strategy that works very well for my PF. I didn't quite go as excessive as in this example, but the concept of support was implemented. It helped yesterday, a lot. Every day is a little better.


It really helps, a little discomfort at times but you'll get used to it. A while back my osteopathic doctor got my left foot all taped out. Now the same doctor got me bandages for my shin splits yesterday. I hope your PF gets 100% better soon, Jay. :o)

@Paul, I'm stretching constantly. The tape seems to help when running to not re-stress it...And yes, I'd buy stock in 3M now, were I you.
