      same thing. I was 45 lbs. heavier and my 2nd son was about 2 yrs old and I needed to change things. Best thing I've ever done for myself AND for them.

    5 degrees F. I'm not really cut for this kind of weather! Caleb said I could play with pace on the last few miles, but I could hardly grip on the ice, much less run fast!

      Never fails if a run across this certain bridge during or after the weekend it always smell like piss.....yuck! Needless to say, I try to hold my breath when I hit that spot...haha!

    Hotel treadmill 5 km 00:28 09:06 pace

    Slow short recovery run. The hotel treadmill is stuck on 3% grade, so that was a nice bonus.
