Those sneaky bastards snuck a 20 minute run into the end of week 5! I had no idea it was coming — week 5 day 2 was 5 minute runs with 3 minute walks. Didn't think I was going to make it but I stuck to it and came damn close to the 5km mark. 4 weeks left!
