Yes! This was an awesome run. It was raining and I thought I'd have to skip, but I waited it out and ran hard. Thanks to the advice of fellow dailymilers, I stretched calves before I went, after my warmup, and at the halfway point. Soooo much better. They're tired but not sore. Awesome.
