    my best pace yet and tomorrow I am going to go for 3 miles in 45 minutes. Trying to keep toes from numbing is the constant problem.

      great job Jessica! Are your toes numbing just when you are on the elliptical, or when you are walking too?

      Just on the elliptical - common problem for anyone who uses an elliptical. I deal with it as it eliminates the pounding that causes my shin splits.
