      that's a great idea too. yeah. this is the year of cadence for me. i never realized that it's paramount for the swim and the run AS WELL AS the bike. it's weird to think that you can develop strength and be slow. but if you develop cadence, then increase strength, you increase speed.

      I agree about the workouts, at this point I am just doing the 120min free and then playing one of my Spinervals base DVD's. I figure that it will give me some good power vs heart rate numbers over time.
