I met Lyle S. at Mission Creek Park just short of 12K into my run and we did about 13K together. First time I've had a training partner and it was nice. Gets one out of their head.

Right at 16.5 KM, just like a week ago during the Scorched Sole race, my IT Band tightened up and my knee killed. I suffered through another 8K.

I'm going to have to take a few weeks off, do a lot more yoga, and actually use the foam roller instead of looking at it like a medieval torture device.
