    Ran well, - hard work in the heat. I was the third leg in our team of 3. We finished well down the field tho.

      Great report! Well done.. I have had some pesky bike issues in recent races as well.. Still it makes it a lot more likely that my times will improve next year :)

    was very flat at start, due to 7 miles of walking the gromit trail thru Bristol, so a real test.
