      In my neck of the woods the bicyclers are the ones you have to really watch. They're always looking down in front of them and don't notice you till you're right on their tire.

      Yea Andrea and I ran a relay team together at Crystal Lake. I love her. Great girl! The only tip I have is to listen to your body. I used to run every run hars and never recover. There is a significant benefit to logging slower recovery miles.

      I am working in running my hard run harder and my easy runs easier. Seems like I get locked into a mundane pace a lot of the time. Training for a BQ in Detroit right now. Thanks for the tip!
