My wife is volunteering at a local race this morning so I had to get something in before she left at 5:30 since I will have the kids. So short and sweet it is with on of my 30min HIT workout this was a progression workout with 5min blocks and some rollover at the end. So rollover is when you reach the top of the hill you dont back down you rollover that sucker with high leg cadence and blast down! Just as well that that is all I am doing I have a big day of training and racing tomorrow and I cant wait to tell you guys all about it tomorrow evening! Have a wicked decent weekend dailymile!
