Ran out on the mountain with legs that are already completely torched. First 2.5 is mostly downhill, last 2.5 is a slow hill that makes you want to throw in the towel the entire way back up.

35 minute progressive tempo w/ 5 minute warm up. Legs feel real strong, breathing is down, just need to keep getting lighter to really let the legs turn over.

Taking it easy tonight since the increase of distance. Felt great the entire run. Blasted last .25 ending at sub 6 pace --- feeling great and enjoying this journey back to where I need to be =)
