      Yoga? That's what I've been doing a few times a week. Marcus does, too. If you have Hulu Plus they have Yoga Zone which has a number of different episodes.

    Ran this in Hoka One One's to test em out, i don't like them, and i was wearing a 10.5 on my left foot and a 11.5 on my right. and i wear 10's.

    New PR, I think. Still having pacing issues, as the 2nd mile was 30 secs slower than the 1st. got passed in the last quarter mile, what!? fun race though, i love afternoon races!
