Great run, even though it didn't feel like it! Haven't run that fast at any distance since training for the full marathon began in February. Passed six athletes, men included (and they had a 20 minute head start on me back at the swim gun). Felt baking hot and difficult then, but feel like Superwoman now. Tee hee...this was a fine day!
