    Sunday 28.03.: First run after such a long time and with + 4 kg - it's so depressing! Had to stop 2-3 times to avoid dying from a heart attack - ok - it's official - got to go back to training...

    Uff! A huge piece of turkey, potatoes and plenty of delicious sauce at 16:00 and only 2 hours later another run with Sibylle - this was a tough run (had to stop 2 x)

    First part is downhill and I was "flying" to the Paseo Marítimo. However - I should have remembered "after downhill comes uphill" - a tough way back to Son Rapiña.

    First run after half-marathon a week earlier and a week without training. Before starting I thought that 10km might feel too easy now - I was wrong! But it was great to be running again...

    TUI (Half)Marathon 2009 - and I survived! Sibylle made me start a bit too fast so that my last 3-4km seemed like 30-40km. However - I did it!
