Ran the 15K version (Halvtravern) of Nordmarkstravern today and I´m pleased with my own performance. It´s a beautiful and challenging off-road race. The first 3K are on a dirt road and it´s important to get a good position together with people running your speed because when you start on the forest trail it´s single fail with little opportunity to pass. Before start it was raining but the trail was not to bad. It was a lot better than on Monday. I´m glad I took the chance to run the route so I new what I was up for. But my of-road skills are not very good so I held back a bit on the more difficult parts. All in all a great race I´d like to do next year as well.
