Tried the track of the half distance (Halvtravern) of saturdays race Nordmarkstravern with my friend and colleague Erling. I´m not very used to running off track and this course had some serious off-road challenges. Then add enormous amounts of water and heavy rain to the equation and we´re talking serious hazards. Part of the course was like running in a river. I took a nasty fall which nocked the breath out of me, but I recovered quickly and it´s not to bad today. The important parts... , my legs, are fine.
