great Halvtravern 15 km 01:31 09:45 pace
Ran the 15K version (Halvtravern) of Nordmarkstravern today and I´m pleased with my own performance. It´s a beautiful and challenging off-road race. The first 3K are on a dirt road and it´s importa... read more

A friend calls you up an asks if you want to go on bike ride across Italy? There is a catch though: it's free, air fair, hotels, better than you can imagine Italian meals, bike rental, the works. A... read more

If you still have vacation time, you say yes! Did someone's girlfriend break up with him at the last minute? A friend of mine got an offer just like this one because of that scenario...

Vacation time is all spent I'm afraid. But I own the company so it's more a question of not beeing able to handle planned activities with my clients for a week. The story behind is that my friend owns a sports travel operator and he got a last minute cancellation. I'd love to take the trip, but with a business and a family, less than 24 hours is what I call short notice.
