In 2013 I'd like to complete my 1st 30k trail race (Done!), numerous 20 mi runs & my 1st olympic distance triathlon. Wouldn't mind shedding 5 lbs either!

My current favorite running pic! This is the course for my 10k on Saturday, the Springmaid Splash Xtreme 10k. It's not a mud run but goes thru the river 4x & has lots of muddy & technical bits! Can't wait! (Obsessing due to Taper Madness)
