First spin class in too long & it felt great! Big sweat, big effort, big burn. And its the best way I know to rid myself of stress from too much time around snarky teen. Love her SOOO MUCH but when she gets her snarky on, OMG I need to run or bike to clear my head! Reset button pressed!
